Liam Hemsworth accidentally said he and Miley Cyrus are married.... at the Australians in Film Awards.

While accepting the Film Breakthrough Award for his Hunger Games performance he recalled meeting Cyrus on the set of "The Last Song "when he added, "And now we're married."

The actor quickly added "Well, not married yet" and Miley yelled, "We will be!" from her seat.

Liam agreed, saying, "We will be."

Adam Levine is denying all the rumors that he's beefing with fellow "The Voice" judge Christina Aguilera.

Adam said: "We bickered a little bit in the beginning, to be totally truthful, we had a little bit of a rough start, just kind of all getting to know each other. But I love her, she's the best, and we're having a fantastic time as of late on the set. She's great, and all of that is sensationalized media BS."

"It affects you as much as you let it. I mean, I know the deal, so as long as I do, it doesn't matter what people say. Think about if we listened to what people had to say all the time; imagine how crazy it would make you."

Selena Gomez dropped a few details on what fans can expect on her upcoming new album. One thing she said is people shouldn't expect her to sing about her boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

Selena said: "It's not going to be necessarily, 'Here's my tell-all'. It's going to be more of something that people could say, 'It could be that or it could be this or it could be that.' At the end of the day, I only make my music because I want it to be really fun, and if I could have people dance to it, relate to it, have a good time, that's all I want."

"I think this is going to be the biggest one for me personally. I want to be able to write about things I've never talked about before and tell a story with this album, because I've never actually had time to go in and do that. I've never worked on a song for more than two days."

Selena hasn't announced a drop date, but it's expected to be out in 2013.

Going into the cocktail party and rose ceremony, John and Chris are on the chopping-block, but John thinks his date was phenomenal and isn't worried at all. Emily meets with Chris Harrison and says she doesn't need a cocktail party – her mind's made up. Chris Harrison delivers the news and Chris goes outside to cry. 

Emily begins the rose ceremony. Sean is safe. She offers roses to Jef and Arie before Chris snaps and asks to talk to her. They leave the room. Chris tells her he acted like a boy when he didn't get the rose on the group date and that he took her for granted this week.

Emily buys it and sends John ‘Wolf' home when they resume. John's completely shocked.

Next week, Emily struggles with meeting the guys' families and then having to send one of them home…

Sean, Arie, Jef , or Chris?

British boy band One Direction has filed a countersuit against an American group also known as One Direction.

In April, the Americans filed a $1 million trademark lawsuit against the Brits, claiming they were "causing confusion".

But Simon Cowell's record label Simco and Sony Music Entertainment countersued claiming America's One Direction has "devised and perpetrated a scheme to exploit the goodwill" of the UK's One Direction. The suit claims the Brits are the real ones under the "threat of consumer confusion".

In the original lawsuit, the American One Direction said it had been selling its album, "The Light", on iTunes since 2011. This was before the UK One Direction released its own album, "Up All Night", in America.

But Simon's label claims the UK One Direction have been using their name since the group made its public debut on the British version of The X Factor in 2010. That extended to the US, including registration of onedirectionmusic.com, a Twitter account and a Facebook page.

Attorneys for the UK band also say music videos were put up on YouTube that circulated worldwide starting in 2010. Three months later, the UK group posted more than 30 videos in the US. Simon's countersuit also claims that the US band knew about the Brits way back then.
