"IDOL" WATCH: NICK JONAS, PHARRELL WILLIAMS IN TALKS TO BECOME NEW JUDGES

Nick Jonas and producer/rapper Pharrell Williams are in talks with Fox to become judges on "American Idol."

Steven Tyler is out as judge and sources say Randy Jackson is being moved into a mentoring role.

And the sources say the JoBro and N.E.R.D. rapper are in talks to replace the two.

Mariah Carey has already been named to replace Jennifer Lopez.

BILLIE JOE ARMSTRONG WILL WORK WITH CHRISTINA AGUILERA ON "THE VOICE"

"The Voice" coach Christina Aguilera chose Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong to be her team's mentor.

A tweet from the show's staff said: "Welcome Billie Joe (@BJAofficial) to #TeamXtina! We are ready to rock out in Season 3."

Armstrong is joining three new mentors on the show: Rob Thomas (who's with Cee Lo Green); Mary J. Blige (Adam Levine); and Michael Buble (Blake Shelton).

The third season of "The Voice" premieres September 10th.
