The actor's wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum is pregnant with the couple's first child and is due next year.
Tatum will be by his wife's side through the whole pregnancy… he announced earlier that he's taking 2013 off from acting to focus on a few behind-the-scenes projects.
The couple met on the set of "Step Up" in 2006 and married in July 2009.
