Apparently, Adele has cancelled her US tour after more warnings from doctors.
According to reports, Adele has now cancelled plans to hit the road again in the US after being told by doctors that she could permanently damage her voice if she pushes it too far.
A source told The UK's Star: "The surgery was successful but doctors are still concerned she could damage her golden voice. They have given the go-ahead for one-off shows but a full tour has been ruled out for now."
