British singer Ed Sheeran spent most of the night Feb. 19 with Taylor Swift.
A witness tells E! News that the night before the 2013 Brit Awards Ed arrived at Taylor's hotel and went straight to her room. From there, the two "stayed in the room, just the two of them, until around 4 a.m."
When Ed left the hotel, a witness saw him looking "very happy."
Another source says Taylor and Ed "briefly dated last spring. He thinks she is really cute and they have a great chemistry together."
Rihanna has signed a deal with MAC Cosmetics to sell a makeup line called RiRi Hearts MAC. It'll be out next year.
The first product to drop will be a lipstick called RiRi Woo, which was inspired by MAC's Ruby Woo, Rihanna's favorite shade. MAC will release the shade to coincide with her shows at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on March 4th and 5th as part of her Diamonds Tour. Pop singer Lady Gaga informed her millions of Twitter followers she was on her way to the hospital to undergo hip surgery to repair the severe inflammation of the joints that forced her to eventually cancel the remainder of her Born This Way Ball U.S. tour. On Wednesday, Gaga tweeted: “Going in for surgery now. Thank you so much for sending me love and support. I will be dreaming of you.”
Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen will battle in four major categories at the 2013 Juno Awards - Canada’s equivalent to the Grammys – on April 21. The two will compete for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, the Juno Fan Choice Award and Pop Album of the Year. Jepsen tops the Juno nominations tally with five, while Bieber garnered four.
A source close to singer/songwriter/serial dater Taylor Swift swears the pop star’s latest smash “I Knew You Were Trouble” was scribed about the split with One Direction star Harry Styles last spring, before the superstars went public with their relationship late last year. The source exclusively told Radar Online, “’I Knew You Were Trouble’ is 100 percent about Harry. She knew he was young and popular with the ladies and wasn’t ready for a serious relationship, but somehow hoped she could make it work.” The source adds, “Taylor was crushed over Harry the first time they dated, and like she always does, she penned a song about him to deal with her broken heart.” In more stressful Swift news, a ticket company is suing the pop star for allegedly pocketing $2.5 million from a cancelled concert. She was fronted the money for a planned performance at the Capital Hoedown in Ottawa, Canada, which was eventually cancelled.
Khloe Kardashian may be out of a job. According to the New York Post, Khloe won’t be hosting another season of The X Factor. A source reports the reality star “has not been asked to return as co-host of the high-profile Fox singing competition.” Mario Lopez is expected to return.
With the top 40 selected, the show will move on to the Las Vegas rounds.

Voting for the 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards starts today and it's all about Taylor Swift's "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" and One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful" for favorite song.
One Direction is nominated for two awards, the other being for Favorite Group.

Singer-songwriter Ebony Day was named MTV's act to watch in 2013 before even signing a record deal. It's another sign that up-and-coming artists are using the internet and social networking sites to build a fan base.
The 19-year-old Brit posted a series of online videos performing cover versions and got 18 million views on her YouTube channel and 156,000 subscribers.
She took that support and got her fans to vote for her in MTV's annual Brand New poll.
The 92,000 votes were enough to put her ahead of signed artists, including Gabrielle Aplin and Haim.
Justin Timberlake talked about what fans can expect from his "The 20/20 Experience" album and also announced there's a documentary in the works about his return to music.
JT said he started working on "20/20" last June and that most of it was done before his wedding in October. They actually recorded 20 songs in 20 days and have recorded almost double the new material they needed for the album.
The documentary will be released around the album's March 19th drop date.

Late Sunday night, the details of The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour were revealed. The name of the tour is an obvious nod to the fact that she's married to Jay-Z, whose birth name is ShawnCarter.
The North American leg of the tour begins in Los Angeles on June 28. It wraps up August 3 in Brooklyn, New York, at the Barclays Center, where Jay's Brooklyn Nets basketball team plays. The couple also has a home in Brooklyn.
Tickets for most of the North American tour dates go on sale next week.A European tour that will visit 20 cities begins April 15, in Serbia, and runs through May 29, in Sweden.
This is Beyoncé's first tour since the I Am...World Tour in 2009.
Beyoncé will also headline the Rock in Rio festival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on September 13.
