An insider close to "American Idol" says that the show is closing in on its judges' line-up for season 13.
Jennifer Lopez, who earned about $15 million a season as an Idol judge in 2011 and 2012, is at the top of the producers' wish list- but talks have stalled over money.
Idol is also reportedly in talks with season three finalist-turned-Oscar winner, Jennifer Hudson, and super producer, Will.I.Am, who spent the last two seasons as a coach for the UK version of "The Voice."
Keith Urban, the well-liked country star and season 12 judge, looks set to return as well, and pop producer, Dr. Luke, was also in the running at one point.

Justin Timberlake and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis lead the MTV Video Music Awards nominations with six each.
Video of the year nominees are Justin Timberlake's "Mirrors," Macklemore and Lewis' "Thrift Shop," Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines," Bruno Mars' "Locked Out of Heaven" and Taylor Swift's "I Knew You Were Trouble."
Bruno Mars has four nominations, while Thicke, Miley Cyrus, Pink and 30 Seconds to Mars all earned three each.
The show is set to air live from Brooklyn's Barclays Center on August 25thand marksthe VMAs' 30th anniversary.

Rihanna is donating $5,000 to a Chicago high school to cover the costs of her "tardy" visit earlier this year.
The money was for expenses for security and signs for Rihanna's trip in March to Barrington High School. The rest of the cash will be allocated for students.
Rihanna had traveled to Chicago's northwestern suburbs after the school won her "Shine Bright Like a Diamond" video contest. Their five-minute, student-produced film highlighted the school's volunteer and community service programs.
But fans waited for more than four hours on the first day of the school's spring break after Rihanna showed up late. While they waited, students got free tickets, CDs and signed merchandise.

Harry wants to imitate The Rolling Stone's frontman dance moves, so he is copying Mick's fitness and dance routine.
After talking to Jagger's personal trainer, Harry decided he'd be more graceful after a few ballet lessons.
A source told the UK's Sun: "Harry wants a career spanning decades like Mick's and to have that he recognizes that fitness, health and developing his body is the key.
