Few details have been made available other than the pop star herself is directing the clip with the help of two other seasoned directors, and in order to obtain permission to film at the historic California Central Coast site she agreed to donate $250,000 to the Hearst Castle Preservation Foundation, plus pay the $22,100 standard fee, underwrite a $25,000 water study, reimburse the state for all production-related costs and star in a water conservation public service announcement and a short feature on the castle.

Miley Cyrus claims her Bangerz tour is "educational" and that it will expose children to art that they may not get to see otherwise.
Miley said: "Even though parents probably won't think this, I think my show is educational for kids. They're going to be exposed to art most people don't know about. People are taught to look at things so black and white, especially in small towns. I'm excited to take this tour to places where [art] like this wouldn't be accepted, where kids wouldn't learn about this different kind of art."
