Some of you may remember LeToya as the 4th member of the original Destiny's Child. LeToya even co-wrote their smash single "Say My Name"... and she's about to release her 2nd solo CD. Her self-titled debut CD debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts and her follow up "LADY LOVE" will be in stores August 27th. Not only is this woman a beautiful and talented singer and songwriter, but she also has a jewelry boutique in Houston with 2 locations called "Lady L Boutique" which will be going online soon.

The woman suing Miley Cyrus for the racially charged photo below is now blaming someone else for Miley's bad behavior -- her former boyfriend Justin Gaston.
Lucie Kim now claims Justin should have put the kibosh on the pic because he was an adult.
According to the amended lawsuit, Miley's parents gave Justin authority to "supervise, manage, guard, and oversee [Miley's] conduct while in [his] presence."
Now here's where the plot thickens. Even though Kim believes Justin was responsible, she didn't add him as a defendant to the $4 billion lawsuit. We're guessing it's because the only 4 billion Justin knows is the burgers he'll be selling at McDonald's.
TMZ has gotten their hands on a lawsuit filed against Rihanna today....
Christian Moeller is suing over some property, claiming Rihanna has been trampling all over his property.
Moeller is a professor of design and media art at UCLA. Moeller has created spaces for the W Hotel in Hollywood.
Here's what happened. Rihanna rents a home owned by Stephen Yacobian, whose house is next door to Moeller's. Moeller gave Yacobian an easement -- the right to drive cars on a portion of Moeller's property.
Now we know why Paris Hilton was so interested in greasy Manchester United stud Cristiano Ronaldo -- she just had to know where he got his fabulous purse!
He's just European. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
