Workout schedule
I listen to Kiss in the morning and heard Bob say to do weights before cardio. I have switched,but have another question. I only have 1/2 hour to do circuit/free weights right now. I have been trying to do whole circuit every other day. Would it be better to do a certain muscle group each time instead?
