What about the girls who are pregger????
So....I love your Tuesday conversations with Bob...but I recently found out that i'm pregnant. I was wondeing if you could ask Bob about exorcises that pregnant woman can do throughout pregnancy to stay fit? My usual level of fitness is moderate and I know you're supposed to keep it at the same level or lower but I was wondering if their are any suggestions from him on specific things I (we) could do?! Thanks!!!
